Spread across two buildings and 14 floors this c130,000sqft renovation project bought new life into an outdated building. Spectra’s involvement allowed the client to save AED2m (c30%) whilst still maintaining design intent, look and feel as well as combining lighting control to ensure energy efficiency. 

The scope of the project included, task lighting that was both functional and decorative, feature lighting in the two storey atrium as well as various meetings rooms, offices and rest areas. The blending of lights and acoustic panels throughout open areas ensured both an aesthetic and functional finish.
