Empower Head Offices

Spectra Lighting successfully delivered the complete lighting package for the Empower Head Offices in Jaddaf, Dubai, spanning eight floors of contemporary corporate office space.
‍
The project required a cohesive lighting solution that maintained a consistent design language throughout the building while responding to the different requirements of each space. The scheme incorporates a combination of architectural, general, linear, accent and decorative lighting across open-plan workspaces, private offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, breakout spaces and circulation areas.
‍
Particular attention was given to visual comfort, glare control, lighting uniformity and colour consistency, creating a comfortable and productive working environment while complementing the architectural and interior design.
Energy-efficient LED technology was utilised throughout, providing high-quality illumination, excellent colour rendering and long-term performance while reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
‍
Spectra Lighting supported the project through product selection, specification, technical coordination, supply and project delivery, working closely with the wider project team to ensure the lighting remained aligned with the overall design intent.
The result is a refined, contemporary and efficient lighting environment across all eight floors, enhancing both the functionality and architectural character of Empower’s Jaddaf headquarters.
