This refurbishment project on Sheikh Zayed road featured 136 apartments across 18 floors as well as building facilities such as gym, pool lift lobbies and receptions. 

With tight budgets and timelines we focused on spending money in feature areas to increase the buildings appeal and overall value, giving a modern, homely feel. Inside the apartments we mixed feature lighting with the ability to create a comfortable relaxing atmosphere that people could come home to and enjoy.
