Spectra Lighting delivered the lighting package across both floors, working with the project team to provide a solution that enhances the architecture, materials and carefully considered interior finishes.

The scheme uses a layered approach to lighting, combining integrated linear illumination, architectural downlighting, feature lighting and decorative elements. Rather than simply illuminating the workspace, the lighting helps define different areas, highlight key design features and create a natural transition between working, meeting and social spaces.
Careful consideration was given to the quality of light, colour rendering and visual comfort, ensuring the environment feels both professional and inviting throughout the day.

Energy-efficient LED solutions were selected throughout, providing long-term performance while maintaining the clean, minimalist aesthetic required by the interior concept.
